Aims and Scope

Journal aims to develop the understanding of families, households and relationships in society, from a range of interdisciplinary perspectives including: family studies, sociology, demography, social work, legal studies, psychology, human ecology, policy studies, history, Family Violence, Gender Studies, Psychology, and religious studies.

The journal is devoted to contemporary social issues and social problems related to marriage and family life and to theoretical and professional issues of current interest to those who work with and study families, the journal focuses on individual, family, and community contexts that influence child, youth, and family.

Journal also aims to fosters the publication of basic clinical and applied studies in all aspects of food science and nutrition. The journal encompasses innovation and advances in fundamental and coherent food research, including the relationship between raw material structure and processing, quality in the final food product, Food Biotechnology and clinical, metabolic and epidemiological studies of nutrition.

The primary aim of this unique international journal is to integrate food science with nutrition. Topics covered include: impact of nutritional science on food product development nutritional implications of food processing bio availability of nutrients nutritional quality of novel foods food-nutrient interactions use of biotechnology in food science/nutrition tropical food processing and nutrition food acceptability and dietary selection nutritional and physiological aspects of food dietary requirements and nutritive value of food.

International Journal of Family Studies, Food Science and Nutrition Health that publishes research and review articles in all areas of food science. As a multidisciplinary journal, articles discussing all aspects of food science will be considered, including, but not limited to: enhancing shelf life, food deterioration, food engineering, food handling, food processing, food quality, food safety, microbiology, and nutritional research.
